Orlando Motorcyclist Killed in Rear-end Crash on I-4

MotorcycleAccident_400x300An Orlando motorcyclist was killed when he crashed into the back of another vehicle on I-4 in Seminole County, Saturday night.

Troopers say, motorcyclist Ross Fritz, 52, was riding westbound on I-4 in the center lane behind Mark Collini, 58, who was driving a 2003 Jaguar.

For an unknown reason, Fritz didn’t slow down as he approached the rear of the Jaguar, troopers said. He was ejected off his motorcycle, after crashing into the left rear of the Jaguar.

Fritz, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, was transported to Florida Hospital in Altamonte, where he died.

Troopers say, the crash remains under investigation.
