Orlando Police are searching for a suspect who gunned down a Mears taxi cab driver on Wednesday morning in the Governor Manor Parking lot on L B McLeod Road.
Police have released video images of the suspect.
Nelvil Joseph, 43, of Orlando, a cab driver was killed by this lunatic on January 12. Joseph was found murdered around 6:30 a.m. in the Governor Manor Parking lot at 2847 L B McLeod Road.
A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered that leads to the arrest and apprehension of this criminal.
