Police Hunt for Attempted Robber

Orlando police would like the public’s help in identifying a would-be robber who walked away empty-handed.

The pictured individual attempted to rob the AM/PM (BP Store) at 700 south Kirkman Road on Sunday morning.

Investigators say, the man walked into the store, just after 12:00 mid-night, implied he had a weapon, although one was never seen.

The man ordered the attendant to hand over cash, but left empty-handed, as the attendant was unable to open the cash drawer, police said.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 30-years-old, approximately 5′ 4″ tall and balding. He had on a Miami Dolphins visor style cap and was last ween wearing a green shirt with tan Khaki style shorts and dark shoes.
