Orlando Police Chief Orlando Rolón has been named the 2021 Law Enforcement Officer of the Year by the National Latino Peace Officers Association.
“I am honored to receive this award, and I hope the work of Lt. Goglas and others in this great organization inspires more members of the Hispanic community to serve.”
Years ago, Chief Rolón helped found the NLPOA Central Florida Chapter, and current NLPOA Eastern Vice President Lt. Goglas delivered the award, following the organization’s annual conference in Houston.
