RelocateAmerica published on Monday its 14th annual list of America’s “Top 100 Places to Live”.
The City of Oviedo in Seminole County, Florida is the only community which ranks among the top 100 places to live in 2011.
Communites are selected based on site nomination and issues most important to relocating consumers and homeowners for the year ahead.
For 2011, Relocate America’s team found the best communities to live are those well positioned for economic recovery, already experiencing strong economic recovery or have proven overall economic stability.
Factors such as employment, education, community leadership and overall quality of life are strongly considered and all the data is examined to determine the TOP 100.
I know what it is you are trying to imply and your purpose does make sense but that I can not say I totally concur with you.
You see, there might be some issues when it comes to the issues you’ve
