Orlando hotel occupancy reached 76.3 percent for the week ending March 20th, compared to 73.5 percent for the same period in 2009, representing an increase of 3.9 percent, Smith Travel Research (STR) reported.
The Average Daily Room (ADR) rates in Orlando declined to $101.14, where it stood at $103.55, the same week in 2009, a decline of 2.3 percent.
The Revenue per available (RevPAR) room, one of the most important gauges of health among hotel operators, rose to $77.20, an increase of 1.5 percent, from the $76.08 posted the year before.
