O,R&L Facility Services, a Winter Park-based facility management and maintenance company, is sponsoring the Winter Park Community Center open house on October 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
In addition to sponsoring the event, O,R&L is also partnering with Winning Ways Youth Foundation to provide life skills classes and activities to children at the Community Center. Winning Ways – led by Barry Mestel, president and CEO – takes participants “from the backboard to the boardroom” by relating on-court techniques to off-court life skills. Program attendees will learn about nutrition, teamwork, facing adversity and the importance of academic excellence.

Last year, O,R&L and Winning Ways teamed up to present the “Orlando Rising Stars Basketball Clinic” – a free camp that served more than 200 Parramore children ages 8-18.
