On December 3, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund tweeted the names of every unarmed Black person reportedly killed by a police officer or a person with authority, going back to 1999.  Those killed include men, women and children.

The tweets begin with the Bronx murder of Amadou Diallo, a Guinean native. Among the total of 76 who were killed, are familiar names like Sean Bell, Aiyana Jones, Miriam Carey and of course, more recently, Michael Brown, Eric Garner and Tamir Rice.
