A woman who police say, allowed her 3-year-old son to pump gas into the family car, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, according to Smoking Gun.
46-year-old Theresa A. Moran Camara, of Pennsylvania, is believed to have demonstrated to the toddler how to pump the gas into the vehicle, and allowed him to do it.
A witness told investigators that following the demonstration, he saw “the boy pumping gas into the vehicle by himself,” the Smoking Gun also reported.
The bottom line is, the toddler wasn’t a pro and ended up “pulling the pump out before releasing the handle, because he ended up spraying gasoline onto himself,” according to the police report.
