The man who repeatedly pretended to be on “active duty military orders” and conned his way into living on MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, is set to appear later this month at the Tampa federal court house.
Scott Allan Bennett, 39, and his brazen scheme, were discovered after he was found drunk, last year, at the entrance gate to MacDill housing on the base, where he stored a large weapons cache in his home, reports The Smoking Gun.
The hugely embarrassing security breach has kept prosecutors and military officials quiet about the details regard the case against Bennett. But TSG kept digging!
