Memorial Middle School International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program, in partnership with Hope-N-Literacy International Foundation, Inc. will host their Inaugural Charity Basketball Game. The event, themed “H.A.I.T.I. (Helping and Inspiring Those In-Need) Relief Project”, is a fundraiser to support victims of the earthquake in Haiti.
The basketball game will be held on February 5, 2010, at 6 p.m. in the gymnasium of Winter Park High School located at 2100 Summerfield Road, Winter Park, Florida. It will showcase some fine local basketball talent – the Memorial Middle School team featuring the most talented ‘ballers” employed by Orange County Public Schools against the ‘best of the best” from the Orlando Police Department and other local Law Enforcement agencies. The event will be entertaining, fun-filled and should have fans on the edge of their seats.
