A man who intentionally touched a girl in a lewd manner and solicited her to be his sex slave was arrested last Friday, Orange County Sheriff’s deputies said.
Charles Bennett, 57, of Winter Garden, is accused of assaulting a young girl more than three years ago. The girl disclosed that Bennett touched her breasts, kissed her and solicited her to be his sexual partner.
OCSO deputies initiated an investigation and Bennett provided a sworn written and recorded statement, wherein he confirmed that the episode of assault occurred. Bennett acknowledged he had groped the girl’s breasts several years prior. He also advised in his written statement he asked the girl to be his sex slave.
Deputies arrested and charged Bennett with lewd and lascivious molestation and conduct on January 29th. He remains in the Orange County Jail, without bond.
