A man who was shot several times and pulled from a burning home off Rhode Island Woods Circle early on Tuesday morning, is in critical condition, Orange County deputies say.
The unnamed man was pulled from the home at 1013 Quincy Woods Lane by an Orlando Sentinel newspaper delivery man who was passing by around 4:00 a.m., and saw the flames. Â The victim had been shot several times, investigators say.
Deputies also believe that the victim’s vehicle was stolen and set on fire. Â It was found burning at 6544 Sandy Oaks Lane an hour later.
Investigators are following up on numerous leads.
