Sanford police are investigating the murder of a man whose body was found early this morning, in the 1100 block of W. 12 Street.
Police have identified the deceased as Jerald Todd, 28.
Todd’s body was found just before 3:00 a.m. Monday, with an apparent gunshot wound.
Police have not released a motive for the murder, which is still being investigated.
