Orlando police are investigating what is described as a “suspicious incident” resulting in the death of a man Thursday at Lake Lawne.
Investigators said, a man went fishing and fell off his boat into the lake at 5500 W. Colonial Drive.
The incident happened just before 4:30 p.m.
Police said, witnesses pulled the fisherman to the shore, but he was late pronounced dead by members of the Orlando Fire Department.
Officers of the Criminal Investigative Division Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Unit investigators were called to the scene.
Police have not released the identity of the deceased.
