A 45-year-old man who sent “secret admirer” letters to a 12-year-old girl and threatened the mother of the girl for intercepting the mail, was arrested on Monday.
Thomas J. Cicerello, of Delray Beach, faces a charge of aggravated stalking of a minor under 16 years of age, and is being held at the Palm Beach County Jail, palmbeachpost.com reports.
