A Los Angeles judge on Friday ordered Lindsay Lohan back to jail, having failed two drug tests since getting out of rehab on August 24.
Lohan failed two drug tests, testing positive in one of them for cocaine, reports TMZ. Lohan had admitted this on Twitter to her friends.
Judge Elden Fox entertained no arguments by lawyers before handing down the sentence.
Lohan could be in the slammer until October 22.
On July 6, Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab for violating her probation on a 2007 DUI case.  She in fact served only 14 days in jail on account of overcrowding and 22 days in rehab and was released on August 24.
I have been browsing for information and facts with Lindsay getting freed from her prison cell and ended up right here. All I can say is that I will be pleased that Lindsay Lohan will be finally let go from jail. She carries a tremendous problem and must to think about these obligations. The situation is extremely hard for me to assume that Lindsay will be taught the right way to contend with her problem because the state of California believes that they can coerce her. What she definitely should have is narcotic abuse rehab. I hope that Lilo discovers peace of mind. This week I discovered the truth that she is at long last returning to drug rehab. This is most likely her 5th instance. I certainly pray that she can make it at this point. The single thing Lilo is at risk of is much more incarceration or death. I too trust that she is not simply acting out like this for the spotlight.
