LandQwest Commercial has been named as a 2021 Top Leasing Firm and a Top Sales Firm in Southwest Florida by the CoStar Group, Inc. LandQwest Commercial was honored to receive over 40 of these noteworthy recognitions collectively from greater Orlando to Southwest Florida.
Five LandQwest team members were acknowledged as overall (Southwest Florida) top producers in their field:
- Managing Principal and now 28-time winner, Adam Palmer CCIM, SIOR, was named both:
- Top Industrial Leasing Broker
- Top Office Leasing Broker
- Senior Associate, Mike Doyle, CCIM, was named a Top Industrial Leasing Broker
- Broker Associate, Laura Cari, awarded the Top Office Leasing Broker
- Associate Jessica McEvoy as a Top Retail Leasing Broker
- Managing Principal, Tom Strauss, was named a Top Retail Leasing Broker
Only select firms and individuals with the highest commercial real estate transaction volumes are awarded, honoring the industry’s elite for the past 22 years.
