Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando Area and Pulte Homes recently dedicated a seven-bedroom home in Pine Hills to Habitat homeowner Chandra Cuyler-Towns, and her 10 children.
Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, partnered with their vendors and subcontractors to sponsor the home, and its employees volunteered on-site over the course of the build. This is the largest home constructed by Habitat Orlando, and the first single-family home built by the nonprofit since 2008.
For the past four years, the nonprofit has focused its efforts on completing Stag Horn Villas, its first multifamily community, and renovating foreclosed homes through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
