Winter Garden police are still trying to determine who shot and killed the owner of a gym near State Road 429 on Monday night.
Richard Millsap, 33, was gunned down at his CrossFit Mosaic gym on Carter Road just before 7:00 p.m.
An unknown man wearing sunglasses and a hat, walked into the gym where Millsap was conducting a class and ordered everyone not to move. Â The gunman then opened fire shooting Millsap twice. Â He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers said, at least six people who were part of the class, witnessed the shooting and are traumatized.
According to news reports, Millsap had turned his life around and was well-liked by all who knew him.
