Late this afternoon, former president, Bill Clinton was taken to a Manhattan Hospital, after experiencing chest pains.
Douglas Band, an advisor to the former president said, “Today President Bill Clinton was admitted to the Columbia Campus of New York Presbyterian Hospital after feeling discomfort in his chest. President Clinton is in good spirits and will continue to focus on the work of his Foundation and Haiti’s relief and long-term recovery efforts.”
New York Presbyterian Hospital is where President Clinton underwent bypass surgery five years ago.
The former president’s wife, Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State, in currently on her way to New York from Washington to be at her husband’s bedside.
