Florida Woman Claimed $8.75 Million Florida Lotto Jackpot

A Florida woman recently claimed an $8.75 million Florida Lotto jackpot.




The Florida Lottery announced that Kelly Hagens, of Jacksonville Beach, claimed the $8.75 million Florida Lotto jackpot from the May 7, 2025, drawing.

The North Florida winner chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $4,796,665.42.

Hagens purchased her jackpot-winning Florida Lotto ticket from J & J Food Store, located at 632 Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville Beach.

She claimed her winning prize at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.




Since its inception in 1988, FLORIDA LOTTO has awarded more than $11 billion in prizes, created 1,099 millionaires, and generated over $8.51 billion for the state’s Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF).

Florida Lottery game drawings are broadcast on 15 carrier stations throughout the state. Winning numbers are available on the Florida Lottery’s website, on the Lottery’s free mobile app for iOS and Android users, at any authorized Florida Lottery retailer, and by calling (850) 921-PLAY (7529), and drawings can be viewed online on the Florida Lottery’s official YouTube channel.
