A Florida man claimed a $2 million top prize from a scratch-off game.




The Florida Lottery recently announced that Walkens Talabert, of Boca Raton, claimed a $2 million top prize from the Double Diamond Cashword scratch-off game.

The South Florida man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,189,600.

Talabert purchased his winning ticket from Publix, located at 19595 S. State Road 7 in Boca Raton.

He claimed his winning prize at lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
