Florida Congressman Representative Alan Grayson (D-Orlando), never short of words said that perhaps the introduction to former Vice President Dick Cheney’s memoirs was written by Satan.
Grayson, who was speaking on the MSNBC’s Ed Schultz program on Monday night was asked what would he say to Cheney to his face, as the former vice president never presents himself to anyone who speaks the truth. Grayson replied he believed that Cheney was seeking to prime his upcoming book tour and “trying to stay in the public eye to push book sales”.
Noting that Cheney had received some $2 million to write about his memories, Grayson wondered aloud who might be writing the introduction to the book. “I wonder who is doing the introduction to the book? Is is Mephistopheles? I don’t know. Maybe its Satan”, the Congressman said.
