Junior centerfielder Ryan Larson headed into the 2012 season with a world of high expectations for himself and his team and he did not disappoint.

After leading the Panthers to a District Championship and Regional Semifinal berth, Larson verbally committed to play ball for the Florida Gators, the first Panther since Justin Tordi (2002) to earn the honor.

Larson excels on offense, with four home runs, 14 doubles and 27 RBIs over the last two seasons and a .318 batting average. He is also one of the best defensive outfielders in Central Florida.
