A Jimmy John’s driver was shot at in an apartment complex on Monday afternoon, Orlando police say.
The shooting happened at the City West Apartments at 1801 S. Kirkman Road just after 1:00 p.m.
Cops say, the unnamed driver had just made a delivery in the complex when he was flagged down by two black males. Â At one point, one of the men pointed a gun at the driver, who sped away as a shot rang out.
Investigators say, the driver suffered a non-life threatening injury and was taken to a local area hospital.
Police say, the motive for the shooting is unclear and the investigation is ongoing.
