Stevens Construction and PopStroke announced construction has begun on PopStroke Orlando. PopStroke is an experiential golf and casual dining concept merging a dynamic, technologically advanced competitive golf environment with food and beverage.
Stevens Construction has started construction of a 13,712-square-foot building, which includes an open-air restaurant with multiple open decks and covered dining areas and bars. PopStroke will also have a commercial kitchen, restrooms, covered playground, beer garden and lobby with retail space. The cornerstone of PopStroke is the two 18-hole putting courses designed by TGR Design, which are unique to each PopStroke location. PopStroke locations feature a jumbotron screen to display scores and sporting events.
Slated for completion in spring 2022 at 321 N. Alafaya Trail in the Waterford Lakes Town Center, PopStroke offers a wide variety of craft beer, wine, ice cream and food at every location while delivering an interactive and competitive golf experience for players of all ages and skill levels.
PopStroke Orlando will be the fourth location to open in Florida. Stevens Construction is currently under construction with a Sarasota location. Stevens Construction completed PopStroke Fort Myers in September 2020.
The Stevens Construction team includes project manager Bruce Chartrand, superintendent Robert Koller and project administrator Corrie Cochran. MHK Architecture & Planning is the architect of record.
