China is constructing a multi-billion dollar gaming and entertainment resort in the Bahamas, billed as the largest of its kind in the Caribbean.
The Baha Mar, a $3.4 billion, 1,000-acre resort, broke ground on February 21, and is slated to open in late 2014.
The centerpiece of the project will be a 100,000-square-foot casino, which will be the largest in the Caribbean, its developers claim.
