Century Communities recently closed on a land deal in Clay County that will bring 170 single-family homes to Green Cove Springs, one of the fastest-growing areas within the greater Jacksonville region.
Located off Henley Road, the future community will be named Asbury Creek. Anticipated to begin selling in mid-2026, and boasting no CDD fees, the new community has plans to build out amenities like a pavilion, playground and multi-use field.
