The Florida Lottery announced that Yanet Breve, of Haines City, recently claimed a $5 million top prize from the $5,000,000 CA$H MONEY scratch-off game.
The Central Florida woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,053,000.
The Polk County winner purchased her winning ticket from RaceTrac, located at 7421 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee in greater Orlando.
She claimed her winning prize at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
For $20, the $5,000,000 CA$H MONEY scratch-off game offers four life-changing top prizes of $5 million. There are two top prizes remaining according to the Florida Lottery.
Featuring over 7.3 million winning tickets, including more than $328 million in cash prizes, this game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.93.
Scratch-off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 74 percent of ticket sales in fiscal year 2023-2024. Additionally, since inception, scratch-off games have awarded more than $66.9 billion in prizes, created 2,350 millionaires, and generated more than $20.09 billion for the state’s Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF).
