BJ’s Wholesale Club is coming to Casselberry. The 103,111-square-foot anchor recently signed a lease in the ‘Casselberry Exchange’ at State Road 436 and Highway 17-92 in Casselberry from Agre Casselberry Owner LLC.
“It was very exciting to have secured and be able to combine the Staples and Bed, Bath & Beyond spaces,” said Julia Sosa, LandQwest Managing Principal. “This will bring so many new jobs to the Central Florida community come the second quarter of next year.”
Sosa represented the tenant alongside LandQwest’s Tyler Roberts, Tom Heer, and Eva Royal. The firm exclusively represents BJ’s Wholesale Club in their site selection efforts in Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Southwest Florida. This was a featured real estate transaction for the company in the Central Florida market.
