BBIF, a financial services company, is seeking an experienced Loan Processor. Responsibilities include: processing loan applications, collecting all necessary documents, pulling credit reports, interviewing and assisting customers, reviewing and assisting in preparing loan contracts, assist in loan closings, preparing loan reports, and providing research on loan histories.
Desirable skills include: strong and accurate data entry and typing skills; able to work in a team-oriented environment; strong PC skills, very organized, outstanding phone etiquette, great customer service skills, good writing skills. A minimum of a High school diploma with 5 years experience in commercial private and government loan processing is desired. Background screening and level 2 clearance is required.
