Barry L. Miller Law Office Expands in distressed Real Estate market

The Law Offices of Barry L. Miller is pleased to announce two new additions to their mitigation/short sale division, Rosannie Troche, Esq. and Roberta Scott.  Ms. Troche originally from Florida graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and a Minor in Hospitality Management. She continued her education at Southern Illinois University School of Law. She was in the top 8% of her class graduating with Juris Doctor, magna cum laude.  Previous to joining the firm, Ms. Troche operated her own practice which concentrated in several areas of real estate law including contractual negotiations, commercial leases, Chapter 7 bankruptcies and foreclosure defense matters.

Mrs. Scott’s real estate experience is vast having previously worked as Office Manager for a mortgage, real estate, and title company in south Florida.  She will be positioned as Ms. Troche’s administrative assistant and will be responsible for a large part of the communication and administration necessary for bank negotiations.

Ms. Troche and Mrs. Scott both bring an added value by being fluent in other languages. Ms. Troche is bilingual speaking fluent English and Spanish and Mrs. Scott is trilingual speaking fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. This competitive advantage allows the firm and its related company, The Closing Agent, to provide its’ services into new markets within the State of Florida, which will continue to add to their growth and expansion.
