Authorities Release Sketch of Rape Suspect

Deputies have released a compositive sketch of a man who is believed to have raped a woman as she left her workplace on Sunday.

The female victim was approached by a man around 4:30 a.m., on June 24, as she left her job at Smokey Bones Restaurant at 2911 Vineland Road in Kissimmee, and walked toward the bus stop.

The woman told investigators, a gun was held at her back and she was told to keep walking. She was directed by the suspect to the west end of the Rock Church where she was raped.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, 6’0” tall and 180 lbs. He speaks English with a slight Spanish accent. He had shaved hair along the front hairline with a curly ponytail in the back and heavy hair on his arms and legs. He was wearing denim shorts, a dark colored shirt, black sneakers and white socks.

Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000 dollars.
