I’m mad there are no good single black men left! Â Most of them are in jail, on the down low, have multiple baby mamas, broke or refuse to date black women. My preference is black men and dating a man from another race is not an option for me. I don’t know what to do. I want to get married and have a family one day.

I understand your frustration. I used to say the same thing, then I realized having a bad attitude and being frustrated was not getting me anywhere. Â So, I decided to change my attitude and be optimistic. Yes, there are some men who fit the poor description you listed but, the good news is, all you need is ONE man. Don’t worry about the statistics they do not apply to every town, city or county. Wayne Dwyer says, “If you change the way you look at the things, the things you look at change.”
Love has no color. It’s how the man treats you that matters most. Open up your heart to love. The man of your dreams is out there waiting to meet you, but he can’t get to you now because your negative attitude is unattractive to him. Like attracts like. Â Lose the attitude, get a dude.

Dear Mad Black Woman, I can clearly see that you are hurt and frustrated, and your desire to be with a good black man is strong. I would say that thoughts produce energy and action. You will never be granted that which you think doesn’t exist. There are a lot of good black men, seeking good black women. We have to first become that which we desire. Where are you looking for men? How proactive are you in your search? Don’t be frustrated Queen, and don’t allow your frustration to blind you from good men that may be directly in your life of vision. Be Blessed!
