The city of Mount Dora will break ground on its downtown streetscape and infrastructure improvement project today, Monday, April 27th.
Today’s groundbreaking ceremony signals the start of construction of phase 1 of the project.
The public is invited to join city officials and the construction team at 4:00 PM at Childs Park on Alexander Street in downtown Mount Dora to celebrate the start of this project.
Construction will begin on May 1 and will wrap up on October 1. Project details, including updated road closure and detour maps are now available at www.cityofmountdora.com.
