Orlando police will be in the neighborhood of Middlebrook Farm Apartments passing out Crimeline flyers today at 1:00 p.m., hoping to get information on two suspected killers who gunned down 24-year-old Khoy Williams and 17-year-old Jonathan Cook in the early morning hours on Tuesday.
Williams and Cook, who were visiting friends at the apartment complex, were innocent victims of a robbery gone bad. Police say, the two have no criminal history nor were they involved in any illegal activities.
A third person, a 22-year-old man was also injured in the shooting, but he survived his injuries.
Police say, the two suspects fled the scene on foot heading west, after jumping over an iron fence surrounding the property. Both carried hand guns.
Yesterday, investigators released a composite sketch of one of the suspects, described as a thin black male, early 20s, approximately 5’7, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and white shoes.
The second suspect is described as a thin Hispanic male, in his early 20s, approximately 5’5″ to 5’7, wearing a hooded sweatshirt.
