A woman, who came up with a scheme to rent out her neighbor’s empty and foreclosed-up home, was arrested on Friday, according to authorities.
30-year-old Natalie Heil, of West Palm Beach, who rented the property through Craigslist, had collected over $13,000 from the tenants, the Palm Beach Post reported.
Neil was released on Saturday after posting bond of $6,000, the paper also reported.
