Nearly 1,40o pages of documents were released Thursday in the Casey Anthony Case. The documents include FBI requests for polygraph tests for witnesses; written statements, including Cindy Anthony’s on “Zanny’s” Hair straightener; and dozens of documents related to Jesse Grund, Casey’s ex-fiance.
Meanwhile, Cindy Anthony, Mother of Tot Mom, Casey Anthony, was again questioned under oath Wednesday by prosecutors, making for a total of 13 hours of questioning.
Today, brother Lee Anthony has his turn to be questioned under oath by prosecutors. Anthony’s questioning began around 8:30 am, this morning.
Casey Anthony is charged with first degree murder in the death of her two-year old daughter, Casee. The remains of the tot were found in a wooded area a few blocks from the Anthony family home,in December 2008. She has said that her daughter was kidnapped by a nanny named “Zanny”. To date, there is no evidence that such a person exists.
Anthony’s murder trial is set for January 2010 and if convicted she could face the death penalty.
