Children who rely on the internet for everything are on their way to becoming ‘brain-dead’ warns one of Britain’s leading inventors.
Trevor Baylis, inventor of the wind-up radio, said children are losing creativity and practical skills as they are spending too much time in front of screens, Mail Online reports.
Baylis, 75, said he fears that the ‘Google generation’ who rely on the internet for everything are in danger of becoming ‘brain-dead.’ He believes though, that all is not lost if practical toys are introduced in schools for the kids.
