Deputies have cleared two persons-of-interest questioned in the brutal murder of 53-year-old Ying Jie Sun at the China Wok restaurant on Silver Star Road last month.
On Friday, investigators released still photographs of a masked suspect who entered the restaurant at 2702 Silver Star Road and shot Jie Sun in the head, after demanding cash. The suspect also demanded cash from a second worker who was pistol whipped.
Deputies say, the investigation is open and ongoing, and detectives are awaiting forensic details.
Although the suspect is masked, deputies are hoping someone might have an idea of his identity.
