Orlando Police are searching for a man who they say shot dead another man, downtown Orlando earlier this month.
Investigators say, Kalvin Willis is responsible for shooting to death 34-year-old Rodney Mack on October 2. Willis is wanted for murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Mack was found lying on the sidewalk at 1301 Givens Street, suffering from a gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead, at a local area hospital. Investigators won’t say what might have led to Mack’s murder.
Willis, who turned 33 years yesterday, is described as a black male, about 6 feet tall, and weighing about 170 pounds, with closed cropped or shaved hair. Police say, he has tear-dropped tattoos underneath his left eye.
If anyone knows of Willis’ location, you are urged to call Crimeline at 407-423-TIPS. Anyone with information is eligible for a cash reward up to $5,000.
