The venerable Johnson’s Diner, well known for its gracious, courteous staff and outstanding food has closed.
No other details are available, but it is thought that the restaurant fell on hard times after having difficulties with Florida’s Dept of Revenue. The restaurant is reported to have owed well over $67,000, as reported in last year.
The loss of Johnson’s Diner is heavy blow to West Orlando. They will be missed.
