The organizing Committee is requesting items from the public including copies of choir programs, choir gowns and uniforms, newspaper articles regarding the choir, music for songs performed and travel logs related to trips that were organized by Mrs. Hargrett for choir members. Information is also requested regarding Mrs. Hargrett’s contributions to her church and her Sorority.

ALUMNI CHOIR
An Alumni Choir will perform during the ceremony on Saturday, July 21st 2012. Individuals who wish to participate in the Alumni Choir should register with the office of Rep. Thompson. Alumni Choir registrants will be contacted by Mr. Rayam regarding a schedule of rehearsals.

SOUVENIR BOOKLET
A commemorative souvenir booklet will be compiled and published for distribution for the street unveiling. Ads may be submitted to Rep. Geraldine
Thompson’s office via email, fax or in person.
Donations for the ads are:
- Full Page- $100 Fourth Page- $25
- Half Page-$50 Eighth Page – $15
Deadline for submitting all materials and ad donations is Friday, July 2nd, 2012. Checks should be made payable to: PAST, INC.
Contributions will be accepted in honor of Mrs. Hargrett. Proceeds will underwrite the cost of the ceremonies and scholarship(s) for the educational
achievements of students. Submit checks made payable to PAST, INC. by Tuesday, July 10, 2012 to the office of Representative Geraldine Thompson.
