SunRail: Two Major Events: Forum and Open House

On Monday, May 14, the Florida Department of Transportation will host two major SunRail events.

The first event is a Transit-Oriented Development forum to connect station communities to potential vendors and developers who might be interested in development opportunities around SunRail stations. The event takes place from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sheraton Orlando Downtown Hotel, located at 400 West Livingston Street, Orlando. This event is also an ideal forum for businesses to connect with construction opportunities that may arise as a result of SunRail.

The second event is an Open House at the SunRail City Center, a community drop-in center in downtown Orlando, featuring all things SunRail. This center is staffed by the Cunningham Group, the new SunRail Public Involvement/Marketing contractor. The event takes place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 201 North Magnolia Avenue, Suite 101, Orlando.

Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or persons who require translation services (free of charge) should contact Tasha Cunningham, SunRail Public Involvement c/o SunRail City Center, 201 N. Magnolia Avenue, Suite 101, Orlando, FL 32801, Tel. 407-487-4035, or by e-mail at [email protected].
