Effective May 20, LYNX will make changes to the service schedule aimed at maximizing system wide efficiencies, the authority claims.
The PickUpLine community service will have a new name, new design, new local number (407-244-0808), but the same service as it becomes the NeighborLink (NL). For the time being passengers of the NL may still call 866-204-2976 at least two hours before they want to travel and schedule a pickup time. A LYNX vehicle will pick them up and bring the passenger back, if needed. The NL operator will provide transportation anywhere within that designated service area or to a LYNX local bus stop.
Routes being adjusted will be Links 3, 13, 15, 24, 36, 37, 41, 46W, 104, 125 and NeighborLink (formerly PickUpLine) 621.
Customers may visit www.golynx.com to view maps and plan trips through the new Google Maps partnership or call 407-841-LYNX (5969) to speak with a customer service representative for assistance.
