Orlando Residents Invited to 7th Annual Neighborhood Summit

Mayor Buddy Dyer invites Orlando residents to attend the 7th Annual Neighborhood & Community Summit on Saturday, March 17 from 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

The annual Summit brings together neighborhood, arts and cultural, civic, community and faith-based leaders and volunteers to share information on community building and creating partnerships. It also provides an opportunity to learn more about City programs, initiatives and resources that will help guide neighborhood and community organizations towards making a greater positive impact in our community.

A variety of neighborhood engagement workshops, best practices and networking opportunities are available for attendees. Some of the many workshops that will be offered include:

  • Ask Your Mayor
  • Event Planning
  • OPD: Your Safety Connection
  • Mayor’s Matching Grants for Neighborhoods and Non-Profits
  • Creating a 501c3

Registration cost is $10 and includes workshops, continental breakfast, lunch and conference materials. Registration forms are available online at www.cityoforlando.net/summit.

PARKING:
