A fatal crash on I-95 left a driver dead when two semi trucks were involved in a crash in Brevard County.
The crash occurred near mile 190 and was reported at 5:00 a.m.
Troopers said, one of the semi-trucks, driven by 48-year-old Fredrick Green of Georgia was heading south on I-95, when it was hit in the rear by another semi-truck, driven by 57-year-old Anthony Daniels.
Daniels, from Jacksonville, was pronounced dead at the scene by the medical examiner.
Green suffered minor injuries and was taken to Wuestoff Hospital for treatment.
The crash led to closure of all southbound lanes on I-95, as about 70 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the roadway from the semi driven by Green.
The Department of Transportation is in the process of cleaning up the spill and fixing the road, troopers said. All three lanes remain closed.
Troopers said, the crash remains under investigation.
