A Hispanic man was shot and killed as he sat in his car on Monday night, deputies said.
The shooting occurred in the 6600 block of Loquat Lane in Azalea Park, on Orange County’s east side, just before 9:00 p.m.
Investigators said, a 911 call was received from a witness who observed the shooting. They said, the victim was found with a gunshot wound sitting in the driver’s seat of a green Honda Accord.
The unnamed victim, approximately 30-year-old, was transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center where he later died of his injuries.
Deputies said, they believe that the victim knew the suspect. They haven’t said what might have led to the murder.
The investigation is ongoing.
