Commissioner Daisy Lynum (District 5) and Orlando’s Mayor Buddy Dyer, along with the Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Xi Beta Chapter, recognized and honored nine local women business owners recently, at the first annual “Succeeding Against All Odds” event.
The event recognized all women business owners certified by the City of Orlando in support of the city’s growth initiatives.
“We are proud of the contributions women-owned business enterprises (WBEs) and minority and women-owned businesses (MWBEs) have made to drive job and economic growth in these challenging times,” Lynum said.
The women business owners recognized were:
